RWBY OC - Kleidion Ezekiel Montenegro

My RWBY OC, based off of me.

Semblance: Transmutation

Kleidion Ezekiel Montenegro hails from a hidden village in a forest where humans and Grimm live in harmony with each other. Those humans are what is left of the "Storytellers"... people who have knowledge of what life was like before Remnant became... Remnant. They are in possession of books and documents where many of the fragmented stories came from (such as the "man was created from dust" story).

He found black Chaos Dust, and discovered that it was ultra-versatile.  It could power weapons, explode, teleport things... and even make armor. 

And that's exactly what he did.

The powersuit he wears is powered by and crafted from Chaos Dust and Aura. He also has an entire arsenal of weapons to match.  Inside the suit, he refers to himself as the Grimm Reaper. 

It's unsure if Kleidion is allergic to Dust. He breaks out in what appears to be a strange form of hives (which manifests as swirly and jagged red markings across his body) when exposed to the substance. This can also happen whenever he gets super excited or super nervous.

Kleidion's Aura crackles with some form of green colored Aura-generated lightning arcs.  His Aura was involuntarily devoted more towards intellectual development, semblance power, and Aura manipulation, rather than for protection (which could be due to a mutated form of a mental condition he has, which the Old World called "Autism").  As a result, he acts more as a "glass cannon", being able to dish out much more damage than he can take.

Kleidion's semblance is Transmutation.  It allows him to turn things into other things made from the same material as the original objects.  For example, he can take a steel sword and then turn it into a steel axe or a steel club.  Perfect for improvised weapons.  It only seems to work on any thing nonliving, though. 

Kleidion also has the innate ability to bond with Grimm.  It's not immediate, as it takes some time to bond, depending on the Grimm (could be anywhere from a few minutes to a few months, depending on the situation and the Grimm).  He cannot depend on this skill to fend off immediate threats such as a Grimm horde ambush.

Kleidion is somewhat talkative, a little awkward, scatterbrained, slightly crazy and carefree. He's highly loyal to his friends and family, and is quick to give friends, family, and acquaintances plenty of hugs.  He sees many things in a different light.  In combat, however... he becomes a very different person altogether. Focused, calculating, and precise... though still slightly crazy and quite the out-of-the-box thinker... he loves to toy with his opponents, exploit their weaknesses, and use it against them over and over and over again.  He's always eager for a good fight.

Whenever asked why he enrolled so late in Beacon Academy, being as old as many of the juniors there, he merely shrugs and replies, "I'm a late bloomer."

Alongside Ciana DiAmant, Magenta Osito, and Yaulo Ogledalo, Kleidion is part of Team CMYK (pronounced "comic").

---TRIVIA---
- "Kleidion" means "key" in Greek.  "Key" is the name for black in the CMYK color system, as the other three color printing plates (cyan, magenta, yellow) are "keyed", or aligned, with the black printing plate.
- "Ezekiel" is a Hebrew name, meaning "May God strengthen him" or "God will strengthen".
- "Montenegro" (Black Mountain, or Mount Black) is a country in the Balkans.
- Yes, I know there are other team CMYKs out there (with different pronunciations, though), but screw it... there are at least 4 versions of a "Team SLVR" here on dA, and I made this team before discovering that others used the same acronym (I outta make a picture about this whole clustermuck ).
- YES, I KNOW "comic" doesn't explicitly resemble a color... so sue me.  But in the meantime, consider this: comics utilize the CMYK (Cyan Magenta Yellow Key) color system, and are among the most famous examples of graphic design.  Until I can come up with a more fitting name, it shall be pronounced "comic".
